Resource
Panels, comprised of volunteers, will serve as technical workgroups
for targeted subjects.
These panels, identified below, will meet as frequently as necessary
to accomplish their work for the Plan. The Resource Panels, as well
as the general public and municipal officials, will provide input
to the Steering Committee.
